"Festival of life" to feed the hungry

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- Hundreds of families who've gone hungry, got a helping hand in Kensington, during a grocery give-away.

This event was one of several put on by generous volunteers, during what's called the "Festival of Life".

They teamed up with the group "feed the hungry" over the weekend, to pack up thousands of boxes of free groceries, in Fairless Hills, Bucks County.

Tuesday night they brought their offerings to Kensington, with the intent of spreading hope and happiness.
