Historic Property becomes public park
Delaware County residents have a lovely historic property to enjoy Thursday night

DARBY, Pa. (WPVI) -- Delaware County residents have a lovely historic property to enjoy Thursday night.

The county acquired the scenic Little Flower Manor property that once belonged to President Abraham Lincoln's Assistant Secretary of War, Thomas Scott.

The 37.5 acre tree-lined site will now be preserved as open space in Darby Borough, it'll become the county's newest park and a hub for the Darby Creek Trail.
