WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- It was a day of fun and fitness for several seniors in West Philadelphia.
The Ralston Center at 36th and Chestnut hosted this so-called "pop-up park", for older adults in the community.
Close to a hundred took part in gentle pilates and yoga instruction indoors, outdoor classes of tai-chi, and even a little chess playing.
Medical experts were also on hand to provide free physicals.
The pop-up park was also a celebration of 25 years of wellness programs, here at the Ralston center.
