WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A group of kids celebrated a milestone, and a turning point in their lives Thursday, and made some loyal friends in the process.
The ten teens just graduated from the month long Second Chance Canine Program in Wilmington.
The program pairs youth who have run into trouble with the law, with dogs in need of compassion and training.
The kids learn responsibility, while the dogs learn skills that will help them get adopted.
