Shoprite giving from the heart

PARKSIDE (WPVI) -- Two thousand boxes filled with the fixings for a Thanksgiving feast were handed out Monday morning.

The Action Cam was at the Shoprite store in the Parkside section of Philadelphia as a number of community groups came to pick up the packages.

Brown's Super Stores, which operates some local Shoprites, and its sponsors, made the donation.

All of this food will feed 12 thousand people across the city, giving them a meal to remember.

The Philly Phanatic even showed up for some holiday cheer.
