Interesting Super Bowl LII prop bets that cashed

The Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook released more than 400 prop bets at 10 p.m. ET on Jan. 25 for wagering on Super Bowl LII.

Here are some interesting ones that cashed.

MVP

Nick Foles had the best odds of an Philadelphia player at 3-1, and earned MVP honors with an impressive performance. Foles had 373 yards passing and three TDs.

Player to score first TD

When Alshon Jeffery caught a beautiful 34-yard pass from Nick Foles in the first quarter, we had our first TD of the game. Jeffery was 8-1 to score the first TD.

Basically, if you were a bettor and bet most Patriots receivers to go over their total yardage, you were a winner. That will happen when Tom Brady throws for 505 yards. Cooks went way under, as he was knocked out of the game early by Malcolm Jenkins after a 23-yard reception.

Ajayi ran well throughout the game, but had only three second-half carries. He finished with 57 yards on nine carries, coming up just short of this prop.

This one was over early, cashing in the third quarter, as neither defense offered much resistance. Super Bowl LII set a record with 1,151 yards.

In the first year they offered penalty yardage props at Westgate, this one was close. The Eagles finished with six penalties for 35 yards.

The Rutgers product played in only 47 percent of New England's defensive snaps this postseason, per Bill Barnwell on Behind The Bets. He intercepted a tipped ball on a deep Foles pass in the second quarter, intended for Jeffery.

This one was never in doubt as the Eagles had one punt for 41 yards. The Patriots? They didn't punt once in the game.

LeBron James (CLE) REBOUNDS + ASSISTS -1/2

Eagles + Patriots 2nd QUARTER POINTS

In only 31 minutes, LeBron had nine rebounds and nine assists against the Houston Rockets on Saturday night in a 120-88 blowout loss, for a total of 18. The Eagles and Patriots had a wild second quarter, combining for 22 total points.

Boston Celtics POINTS -14.5

Patriots RUSHING YARDS

The Celtics scored 97 points in a 97-96 last-second win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday afternoon, but the Patriots surpassed that number with 113 yards on the ground.
