Police: Dad tries to rundown bullies

An Illinois father is seen on cell phone video trying to run over a group of teens.

He claims he thought they were bullying his daughter.

It happened in Rockford on Wednesday night of last week.

Police say 56-year-old Roy Williams went after kids with a cane after hearing his 13-year-old daughter was in a fight.

And then he got into his SUV and drove after them.

None of the children were hit.

Williams was arrested once police saw the video.
