Fire shuts down part of Admiral Wilson Boulevard in Camden
Part of Admiral Wilson Boulevard in Camden, New Jersey has been shut down due to a fire.

CAMDEN (WPVI) -- Part of Admiral Wilson Boulevard in Camden, New Jersey has reopened in the westbound lanes after a fire shut down the road.

The fire broke out around 5 a.m. Saturday underneath the Flanders Boulevard overpass.

As a result, Admiral Wilson Boulevard was closed between that overpass and Baird Boulevard.

We have also learned that at least one person was injured at the scene. A 52-year-old man found with serious burn injuries.

He was found walking away from the scene. He's now hospitalized.

A fire erupted on Admiral Wilson Boulevard on Saturday, April 8.

Workers with the New Jersey Department of Transportation were called on to test the integrity of the overpass.

There was no immediate word on a cause of the fire.
