VIDEO: 'Aggressive driver' ID'd in I-76 crash
Police have identified a motorist they say was driving aggressively in the moments leading up to a crash.

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Pennsylvania State Police have identified the man they say was driving aggressively in the moments leading up to a two-car crash on the Schuylkill Expressway.

It happened before 6:00 a.m. Wednesday at the end of the on-ramp to I-76 East leading from I-476 North in Conshohocken.

Police say 54-year-old Joaquin Angles was driving aggressively and flashing his high beams while traveling behind another motorist.

As traffic merged onto I-76 East, the driver in front of Angles slowed down, causing Angles to lose control, police say.

Angles' car hit a concrete barrier then the car in front of him, spinning off the highway and down an embankment, hitting several trees and a utility pole.

Angles was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania to be treated for minor injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle stopped at the scene and was not injured.

Police say several traffic citations are pending in the case.
