PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A car fire caused some delays on the Ben Franklin Bridge headed into Philadelphia on Sunday afternoon.
The fire was reported around 2:00 p.m.
The Delaware River Port Authority says the fire resulted in the closure of all the westbound lanes.
Just before 2:30 p.m, the DRPA tweeted, "Fire out. Tow on location. All lanes expected to reopen shortly."
By 4:30 p.m. all lanes were reopened.
The lanes headed into New Jersey were not impacted.
No word what caused the car to catch fire.
