Car slams into shop in Burlington County
Police have released surveillance video of an accident where a car slammed into a shop in Lumberton, Burlington County.

LUMBERTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police have released surveillance video of an accident where a car slammed into a shop in Lumberton, Burlington County.

It happened around 8:40 a.m. Wednesday at the One Stoppe Shop located 774 Eayrestown Road.

Police say a 31-year-old driver was behind the wheel of a 2004 Hyundai when the crash occurred.

Witnesses told police, that person failed to stop while attempting to park and appeared to accelerate prior to the car ramming into the building.

Fortunately, none of the workers or patrons inside the shop were injured.

The driver was charged with motor vehicle violations.
