I-76 East reopens after vehicle overturns in Conshohocken

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. (WPVI) -- All eastbound lanes of the Schuylkill Expressway are back open after a vehicle overturned in the left lane.

It happened just before 5:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Conshohocken curve.

Images from Sky 6 near the scene showed traffic backing up behind the overturned vehicle, which was blocking the left lane.

Police arrived at the scene a short time later and shut down all eastbound lanes.

A tow truck moved the vehicle to the right shoulder. Only one lane was getting by for about half an hour, until the scene was cleared.

All lanes were back open shortly after 6:00 a.m.

There were no reports of serious injuries.
