Police: Driver facing DUI charge after crash on I-76

FAIRMOUNT PARK -- Police say a driver is facing a DUI charge after crashing on the Schulykill Expressway near City Avenue.

The accident occurred just before midnight on Friday in Fairmount Park.

Police say a driver was drunk when he lost control of an SUV that rolled over.

Action News was there when the Pennsylvania State Police troopers recovered a flask of alcohol from the SUV.

The driver is expected to be okay, but he now faces a DUI charge.
