Water main break slows traffic on Roosevelt Blvd.in Northeast Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A large water main break slowed traffic on Roosevelt Boulevard early Friday morning.

The break was reported just after 5 a.m. in the northbound lanes of the boulevard at Southampton Road.

Traffic was detoured for more than an hour as crews worked to shut off the main.

Traffic was moving normally again by 7:30 a.m.
