Woman struck, killed in Chester hit-and-run

CHESTER, Pa. -- Police in Chester are looking for the driver who hit and killed a woman, then drove away from the scene.
It happened around 7:30 Tuesday morning at the intersection of 9th and Hayes streets.
Police say a 24-year-old woman from Boothwyn died at the scene.
They spent the day looking for a black Nissan with front-end damage, which they found Tuesday afternoon on West 6th Street.
But so far, they have not arrested anyone.
Police are asking anyone with information to call them.
