VIDEO: Alabama woman escapes from kidnapper's trunk

An Alabama woman was able to escape from her kidnapper's trunk as surveillance cameras were recording.

It happened Monday at a gas station in Autauga County.

The kidnapper apparently saw her escape and quickly left the store, speeding off in the car.

The woman was taken from her home earlier that same day.

Police arrested the kidnapping suspect, 36-year-old Timothy Wyatt, during a routine traffic stop Wednesday morning.
