The biggest snowstorm of the season cleared the coast around 7pm Thursday, leaving a lot to shovel across our area. The storm dropped 7.5" of snow officially at Philadelphia International Airport. Other areas received even more: King of Prussia 10.4"; Media 10.5"; Mount Holly 8.3".
TODAY: It's sunny but cold today with a high of 26.
SNOWFALL: Philadelphia ended-up with 7-5" from Thursday's storm, the largest total of the season. Some northern areas went as high as about 10.5". South Jersey and Delaware were generally in a 5"-9" range.
TONIGHT: It's mainly clear and frigid with a low of 15 in Philadelphia. Some suburbs will be in the single digits.
SATURDAY: We begin the morning with bitter cold, but the afternoon sees improvement. Sun will mix with a few clouds. It's not as cold in the afternoon. The high is 38.
SUNDAY: Sun and clouds mix, but it's milder. The high is 43.
MONDAY: It's partly sunny and pleasant. The high: 47.
TUESDAY: More clouds are possible as a storm system to our south creates an easterly flow off the ocean. The high is around 47 again.
WEDNESDAY: We're looking at partly sunny skies and a nice, mild high of 53.
THURSDAY: Mostly sunny skies appear likely. It's a bit chillier with a high of 46.
FRIDAY: It's partly sunny with a high around 46.
