TODAY (VALENTINE'S DAY): Sunny and frigid. Dangerously cold wind chills of -10 to -20 during the morning will climb into the teens above zero by afternoon as the winds ease. High 19.

TONIGHT: Increasing clouds, very cold. Lows 4/13.

MONDAY (PRESIDENT'S DAY): Cloudy with snow developing by midday. Expected snowfall - Coating to an inch across interior sections of South Jersey, 1 to 3 inches throughout the I-95 corridor as well as the western suburbs, 3 to 6 inches for the Lehigh Valley (closer to the 3 inch mark). The snow will changeover to rain by evening. High 36.

TUESDAY: Breezy and milder with periods of rain. Some of it will be heavy at times. High 56. Rainfall totals will range between 1.5" - 2.5".

WEDNESDAY: Sun and clouds, cooler. High 48.

THURSDAY: Sunny and chilly. High 39.

FRIDAY: Increasing clouds, seasonable. High 45

SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy. High: 56.
