TONIGHT (HALLOWEEN): It's mostly cloudy and mainly dry with light winds. Temperatures for trick or treating in Philadelphia will fall from about 52 at dinner time to 49 by 9p.m. The overnight low is 48.

SATURDAY: A pair of coastal low pressure centers pass by, resulting in a chilly, windy, damp day. Showers are possible at any time straight into the evening. The winds will be relentless, gusting up to 30 mph or so throughout the day and night. The high is an cool 53. It's one of those raw autumn days.

SATURDAY NIGHT TIME CHANGE: Remember to set your clocks back one hour when you go to bed. Our seasonal time change ("fall back") officially occurs at 2 a.m. as Daylight Saving Time ends.

SUNDAY: We bring back the sunshine, but the strong, chilly wind continues, gusting up to 40 mph at times and keeping us shivering. The high is 50, but morning wind chills will be in the 30s and during the afternoon, it will generally feel like the 40s.

MONDAY: High pressure slides to the east, giving us a milder southerly flow. We see no worse than partly sunny skies with a slightly milder high of 57.

TUESDAY (ELECTION DAY): Clouds share the skies with occasional sunshine. It's dry at the polls. The high improves to a mild 65.

WEDNESDAY: More clouds are likely. We are likely dry with only a slight chance of a passing shower. The high is 66.

THURSDAY: An early morning shower is possible, otherwise its a partly sunny day with a high around 65.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny skies are projected. The high is a little cooler: 59.
