TONIGHT: Evening clouds give way to clearing skies overnight. We're in the mid to upper 60s during the Union's U.S. Open Cup Championship game at PPL Park. The overnight low dips to 57 in Philadelphia and into the upper 40s in cooler suburbs.
WEDNESDAY: High pressure arrives from the west, and we get a full day of sunshine. A chilly start in the 40s and 50s gives way to a high of 75.
THURSDAY: Sun shares the skies with occasional clouds. It's another chilly morning, but later on look for a high of 76. An approaching cold front could touch off an isolated sprinkle.
FRIDAY: Partly sunny skies will be the order of the day, and it's a bit cooler. We begin in the 40s and 50s again and end up with a cool afternoon high of 70.
SATURDAY: Morning clouds break for sun during the afternoon. The high is a nice 77.
SUNDAY: Just in time for the Eagles, we go from football weather to more summer-like conditions! We'll be near 60 in the morning, but in the afternoon, look for a sun-and-clouds mix with a warm high of 81 for the last full day of summer.
MONDAY: Clouds roll in with a few showers or an afternoon thunderstorm. The high: 77. Fall officially arrives at 10:29pm.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny skies return. We cool down to a high of 72.
