

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A heat advisory is in place through Saturday for heat index values above 100 degrees with a few spotty storms.
TONIGHT: An isolated early storm is possible, mainly west. Outside of that chance it's partly cloudy, muggy and warm with patchy fog possible, low 77.
FRIDAY: Remaining very humid with clouds and sun. Scattered downpours and storms develop during the afternoon and evening, high 93. Heat index values are expected to be in the triple digits.
SATURDAY: Still muggy with a pop-up storm around, high 93. Heat indices near 100 degrees again for parts of the area.
SUNDAY: It stays steamy, with a good deal of sun, high 93.
MONDAY: The heat wave rolls on with sunny skies, high 94.
TUESDAY: Partly sunny with the chance for thunderstorms, high 93.
WEDNESDAY: The heat wave breaks with clouds and sun, high 88.
THURSDAY: Mostly sunny with gradually dropping humidity, high 86.
