TONIGHT: Skies are clear and humidity remains low. The overnight low is a comfortable 69.

MONDAY: Most computer models have us under partly sunny skies during the afternoon solar eclipse. One model thickens clouds later in the day and even suggests a shower, but for now, we're going the majority view that this is a decent day for eclipse viewing and hopefully not too many clouds. It might get a little more humid as the day goes on. A disturbance coming out of the Ohio Valley could trigger an isolated shower by the evening commute. The high is 89.

TUESDAY: This is an unsettled day with hotter and more humid air in place. Look for a mix of clouds and sun with a thunderstorm possible, mainly at night. The high around 93.

WEDNESDAY: Clouds and sun will mix. It's still humid with an even better chance for a few thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening. The high: 84.

THURSDAY: Look for a nice, mostly sunny afternoon with lower humidity and a more moderate high of 82. It looks great for the Eagles preseason game.

FRIDAY: It's another mostly sunny afternoon, beautiful afternoon with a high around 81.

SATURDAY: Look a beautiful start to the weekend. We have lots of sun and a high of 81.

SUNDAY: The beat goes on. It's a mostly sunny, pleasant afternoon with a high close to 83.
