AccuWeather: Nice and dry for Father's Day

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- It's a pleasant end to the weekend ahead of higher humidity and the threat for rain and storms Monday.

TONIGHT: Clear and comfortable, low 65.

SUNDAY (FATHER'S DAY): Some sun with more clouds moving in later in the day, high 87.

MONDAY: The tropical humidity returns with dewpoints climbing into the 70s. Latest model trends keep the bulk of precipitation to our north during the morning hours.

By the afternoon we'll be watching as downpours and storms develop. Some storms could be severe. Keep an eye on the forecast if you're heading to the World Cup game at 5 p.m.

TUESDAY: Showers early mainly south/east of the city. Clouds break with brighter conditions by the afternoon, high 82.

WEDNESDAY: Plenty of sunshine, high 85.

THURSDAY: Partly sunny with a pop-up thunderstorm possible, high 85.

FRIDAY: Scattered showers possible, high 82.

SATURDAY: Partly sunny and seasonable, high 86.
