For the first time since back in late February we are not talking about any prospective nor'easters in the 7day forecast! That is a good thing because at 15.2" of snow this March it is going down as tied for 2nd snowiest in Philadelphia's history.

Today, we've seen plenty of strong March sun and lots of melting as temperatures hitting 48 degrees. That is still seven degrees below normal for this time of year, But, we'll take it over the mid 30s of the last 2 days.

TONIGHT: Skies are partly cloudy. It's still a bit brisk. The low is 30. The concern will be for icy spots as all of the melting from today encounters low temperatures below freezing.

FRIDAY: Partly sunny skies appear likely. An upper level piece of energy will rotate through, giving us more in the way of clouds than today. We hit 45. We'll still see some sun, and temps will be back in the mid 40s so more melting. but our high is still chilly and below average: 43. A spotty rain or snow shower is possible, but most won't see this.

SATURDAY: Partly sunny skies are again likely with another high around 46.

SUNDAY: This looks like a chilly, mostly cloudy day with rain and snow showers possible at times. The high is only 43.

MONDAY: Look for the return of mostly sunny skies with another cool high around 45.

TUESDAY: This is a mostly sunny day with slightly higher temperatures. The high rebounds to 52, a rare benchmark compared to where we've been for most of the last two weeks!

WEDNESDAY: More clouds mix with sun. The high is 58.

THURSDAY: We're rather cloudy with a spotty shower possible. But, its mild with a high of 60.
