Flash flooding, dangerous driving on Schuylkill Expressway

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The flash flooding created dangerous driving conditions on the Schuylkill Expressway early Saturday morning.

The Action Cam found cars wading through waves of water.

A massive puddle formed in the eastbound lanes near the Belmont exit.

A few miles away, traffic came to a stop so PennDOT crews could clean the storm drains to prevent additional ponding on the road.
