Wednesday's severe weather caused flooding across the Delaware Valley and scary moments for a woman in Wilmington.

Britney Friend was home when a tree came crashing down on the 200 block of Atkins Avenue.

The massive tree landed alongside her Wilmington home, and while some branches landed on the roof, the real damage came from the trunk.

"I heard this big kaboom. 'It can't be my house.' I come out and there are just trees from one end to another. I saw my car, I was like, 'It had to miss it.' But it hit the whole back end of my car," Friend said.
