Woman struck by SEPTA bus in West Oak Lane

WEST OAK LANE (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a bus accident involving a pedestrian in the West Oak Lane section.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Chew and Woodlawn avenues.

Officials say a woman was hit by a Route 26 SEPTA bus.

She was taken to Einstein Medical Center in serious condition.
