DELAWARE COUNTY, Pa. (WPVI) -- As former Crozer Health patients in Delaware County look for new doctors and specialists, they will no longer have to pay to obtain their medical records.

It's part of an agreement reached during Prospect Medical Holdings' bankruptcy proceedings.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday's Office said ex-patients will no longer have to pay for medical records, which they've been doing so since early July.

Some have been paying $35 or $75 for records.

Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Taylor Hospital both closed this spring.

It's still not immediately clear when the fees will begin to be waived.
