It happened at 25th Street and Washington Avenue in the early morning hours of Sept. 22.

Police say the 49-year-old female victim confronted the crowd about vandalizing property. That's when the suspects attacked.

Video shows one of the suspects racking a gun before allegedly firing a shot into the air.

Police released several images of other suspects allegedly involved in the incident.

Since the meetups, police have taken an aggressive approach to identify and arrest everyone involved.

"We're using technology to find out who was at multiple locations and we're sending out target letters to those people," said Inspector Ray Evers.

Evers said they are targeting social media accounts to find suspects and they are focused on confiscating as many cars as possible. Police are going after the money made by organizers that weekend too.

Authorities said they are also working with agencies in other states.

Multiple arrests have been made in connection with the chaotic car meetups in September. That includes the alleged organizer and a man who allegedly damaged a police car while wearing a banana costume.

"We've locked up promoters, people operating drones, people doing the drifting. We have cars in custody and if the judge allows, we'll be crushing those cars," said Evers.
