The shooting happened at about 3 p.m. in the 3900 block of North 17th Street, near Mastery Prep Elementary Charter School, police said. Simon Gratz High School Mastery Charter is also on the block.

According to police, a 15-, 16- and 17-year-old were injured in the shooting.
Two of the teens were brothers: one was shot in the side and the other was hit in the leg.
The 17-year-old victim was grazed in the neck.
One of the teens was listed in critical condition and the other two were in stable condition, police said.
Police have not made any arrests.
James Murphy was waiting inside his car when the gunshots rang out.
"I'm glad I wasn't hit. I could've been hit because they shot the car up. You don't have time to react," said Murphy, who was waiting to pick up his son.
This most recent shooting comes on the heels of an especially violent weekend. There were at least 18 shootings, six homicides, and eight stabbings in Philadelphia this past weekend.

One of those killed was an Uber driver.

The 33-year-old victim from South Philadelphia had just picked up his client in the Logan section of the city when someone ran up to his vehicle and opened fire.
"This senseless act of violence is heartbreaking, and our thoughts are with the driver's family during this extremely difficult time. We stand ready to assist law enforcement on their investigation," said Uber in a statement to Action News.
Jerome Jones, who heard the shooting, said he is amazed no one else was hurt.
"People were sitting out there just earlier, just doing what they were doing. It was during the day, if it had been this time yesterday there's no telling who would've been hurt," Jones said.
There was also a shooting at Penn's Landing where three 14-year-olds were shot at a festival on Saturday night. All three are expected to survive.
Philadelphia's District Attorney Larry Krasner held a news conference Monday morning touting microgrants for youth cycling programs, saying the city needs more violence prevention programs to help stem the tide of violence across the city.

"We cannot have more weekends like the weekend we just had. We need to have real prevention in a country that has not done it right and real prevention in a city that had not done it right," he said.
