Missing N.J. teen found safe near Clayton High School

CLAYTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- Officials confirm to Action News that a teenage girl who went missing Monday afternoon in Gloucester County has been found safe.



16-year-old Hannah Sylvester of Clayton, N.J. was found at a location near Clayton High School.



Action News is told authorities were with the teen near the intersection of Carpenter Avenue and Delsea Drive after she was found.



No further details were immediately available.



Sylvester was reported missing Monday evening after she was last seen walking alone in a wooded area behind the high school at 3 p.m.
