Philadelphia contractor accused of defrauding customers by taking payment for unfinished work

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A Philadelphia contractor is accused of defrauding customers by taking payment for unfinished work.

Police in Bucks County identified several victims of 46-year-old Shawn Hagan, of Hagan Home Concepts.

In each case, investigators say Hagan took tens of thousands of dollars from customers and abandoned the jobs after completing minimal work.

He faces multiple counts of home improvement fraud and theft by deception.
