Man accused of illegally recording court testimony of 2 children during a sexual assault case

A Montgomery County man is facing multiple charges for illegally recording court testimony.

Detectives say they recovered a 52-minute voice memo on Dontaue Jackson's cell phone that contained personal testimony from two children during a hearing for a sexual assault case.

A preliminary hearing for Jackson is scheduled for Wednesday.
