Skeletal remains found near creek in Northeast Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating after the skeletal remains of an adult were discovered near a creek in Northeast Philadelphia.

The discovery was made just before 3 p.m. on Friday on the 2800 block of Grant Avenue.

The Medical Examiner's Office is working to determine a cause of death.
