Suspect sought after man shot multiple times during robbery in West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are searching for the person who shot a 35-year-old man multiple times in West Philadelphia.

It happened around 12:40 a.m. Saturday on the 6000 block of Catharine Street.

The victim was shot in the shoulder, neck and side of his head while on the road.

Police say he is expected to survive.

They also say the motive appears to have been robbery.
