Watch Spots for the 2026 Independence Blue Cross Broad Street Run

It is the 47th year for the Independence Blue Cross Broad Street Run. The 10 miler runs through the heart of center city and we rounded up some top spots to watch the runners this year.

Our list is a mixture of North and South Broad Street. We have some spots where you can grab a bite to eat or a sweet treat. There are green spaces and parklike settings. Or, if you are looking for some entertainment, we even have a marching band on our list.

Of course, the start line by Central High School is a great place to start the day and the finish line at the Navy Yard includes all the post-run festivities.

If you are not able to make it to the city on race day you can watch it all right here on 6abc Sunday, May 3. The race starts at 7am.
