HANGZHOU, China -- Traffic cameras caught the moment a giant sinkhole opened in the middle of a busy intersection in China.
The gaping sinkhole swallowed part of a crossroad in the city of Hangzhou on Thursday.
A fast-thinking officer was able to set up cones to alert drivers and pedestrian just before the sinkhole opened up.
Thanks to that watchful policeman, no one was injured. Chinese authorities are investigating the cause of the sinkhole.
