TE Julius Thomas heads to Miami, Jaguars acquire LT Branden Albert in separate deals

The Jaguars are trading Julius Thomas to the Dolphins, a source confirmed to ESPN. Thomas has agreed to a revised contract as part of the deal, which can't be officially announced until March 9.
