Nurse works for solutions for reducing hospital falls, needle-sticks

Ian Montgomery's sense of service began as an Eagle Scout, but seeking a career with direct human contact and a chance to improve systems, he went into nursing. Now at Virtual Marlton Hospital, Ian both cares for patients and works for solutions to patient falls and staff needle-sticks.
