One year ago we lost two key contributors to the 6abc family after Chopper 6 crashed in a remote forest in New Jersey.
The pilot's flight experience, flight track data and air traffic control communications will be part of the investigation.
"It hurts, it really does hurt. Tomorrow I'll wake up and wish it was a dream, but I know it's not," said Pete Kane, a retired journalist and friend of Monroe Smith, the pilot of Chopper 6.
Everyone at 6abc is deeply appreciative of everyone showing us support after we lost two members of the Action News team when Chopper 6 crashed on Tuesday night.
