Police in Delaware County are searching for a suspect caught on surveillance graffitiing hate speech on the side of a bank.
Those incidents include hate speech, vandalism, threats, and violence, although the organizations differed in the types of incidents counted.
Police are asking homeowners with security cameras to look for suspicious people or activity.
