Young professionals are 'quiet quitting' their jobs and some said they are doing the minimum required at their jobs so they can focus on outside activities and family.
"Employees are definitely looking for a different work experience. After COVID, they want to find work that is more family-friendly, work that is more flexible," said State Representative Donna Bullock, chair of the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus.
