Montgomery County officials are offering a reward for help in cracking a murder case in Norristown from 15 years ago.
David Adelman, a developer, is offering a $25,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible.
Gino Hagenkotter is described as being approximately 5'6" tall and weighs roughly 160 lbs.
Officials say a white cat named Tootsie was found shot and killed. A black cat named Josie was found shot and injured.
The reward will be paid immediately for any information that leads to an arrest, the Philly FOP said.
