Father of boy in Santa Cruz surf rescue: 'My son told me he drowned'
The family of the 10-year-old boy rescued by a 16-year-old Santa Cruz lifeguard in a dramatic and heart-pounding viral video is describing the intensely emotional surf rescue for the first time.
