After 189 days in hospital and a heart transplant, 5-year-old finally gets to go home.

Five-year-old Ari Schultz suffers from congestive heart failure, and has already had three open heart surgeries.

However, on June 14, Ari received some news that he's been wanting to hear. After spending 189 days in the hospital, Ari learned that he would be packing his bags and heading home in just a matter of days!
