Baby girl named after Carson Wentz

CHESTER COUNTY (WPVI) -- Eagles fever has hit a Chester County family, who is now forever linked to the team.

Action News met the family who's latest addition is named after the Eagles quarterback, Carson Wentz!

Little Carson is celebrating her first birthday with a special photo shoot and cake smash.

Her parents, Joe and Allison Steuber, were looking for a unique name they both could agree on, and they both decided on Carson.

"I'm a die-hard Eagles fan, Carson Wentz what he brings to the Eagles and he is just a great man," says Joe. "I think he is a great example of what we want our children to grow up to be, and just a great example of serving the community and being an advocate for others, so it just fit perfectly," Allison adds.

The family ended their cake smash in style, by singing the Eagles fight song!
