VIDEO: Toddler breaks rules, runs to military mom!

Sometimes rules are meant to be broken - even when those rules involve strict Army protocol.

A camera was rolling when 3-year-old Cooper broke the rules and ran to his mom.

But what Cooper did't know (or didn't want to know) is that the soldiers, just back from Afghanistan, were supposed to wait for dismissal before meeting with their family members.

Cooper just couldn't help himself.

Fortunately, the adorable impulse earned mom cheers rather than a reprimand.
