CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- More than 50 people lined up for hours overnight in Center City for the morning debut of a fashion line worn by the likes of trendsetters Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner.

At 8 a.m. on Thursday, H&M stores across the country, including the one at 16th and Chester, will launch Balmain x H&M.

If you're not familiar with the brand, Balmain is a high-end clothing line from Paris.

While H&M is known for its reasonable prices, this collection does not come cheap.

Action News looked up some of the items online, which range from $99 to $649.

In anticipation of a flood of shoppers, the company has put together some very specific rules, which are as follows:

1. Only the first 420 shoppers get access starting at 8 a.m.

2. Customers only get 15 minutes to shop.

3. Online shoppers are limited to one item per product.

4. In-store purchases can be returned for cash by Nov. 8. After the return deadline, only store credit will be received.

5. Online purchases can be returned if postmarked within three days of the package receipt.
