One person is dead and four others are injured.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- One person is dead and four others are injured after separate shootings outside two Philadelphia clubs overnight.

The first incident took place outside Cousin Danny's exotic club on the 300 block of South 52nd Street in West Philadelphia around 12:30 a.m. Sunday.

Police say an argument broke out between several men, when someone pulled out a gun and started shooting.

Upon their arrival, officers located a male unconscious on the highway suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his torso.

He was transported by police to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he later died.

A second victim, a 47-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his legs, was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

He told officers that he was walking on the 5200 block of Delancey Street when he heard the gunshots, and then realized he had been hit. He said he did not, however, see the gunman.

Officers then responded to Mercy Hospital for a report of a shooting victim who walked into the ER. Police say the 24-year-old man was shot in his right leg.

Investigators are looking for the shooter.

There is no word if he came from inside the club.

Then around 12:45 a.m., another shooting took place outside a motorcycle club on the 1800 block of East Sedgley Avenue in Kensington.

A 35-year-old sustained three gunshot wounds to his lower legs.

A 40-year-old man was shot twice in the lower leg.

They were both taken to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.

They were taken to Temple University Hospital for treatment.

Police say the two were leaving a party when a fight broke out.

There is no word yet on what sparked the gunfire.
