PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) --
TODAY: We have cloudy skies with a few morning showers around with steadier, more widespread rain arriving in the afternoon. The high is 58.
FREEZING RAIN is possible in the Poconos until about 11 a.m., before a change-over to all rain.
TONIGHT: Rain tapers off by around midnight or so across most of the region. We have mostly cloudy skies after that with a low of 48.
FRIDAY: We have partly sunny skies behind the departing rainmaker, but it's blustery and cool with winds gusting over 30 mph at times. The high is a cool 57.
SATURDAY: Look for a mix of clouds and sun with a surge of warmer air arriving. In Philadelphia, the high jumps to about 73. It looks like a great weather for Temple's 3:30pm game at the Linc, although a late-day or evening shower is possible, hopefully holding-off until after the game.
SUNDAY: Cooler air is on the doorstep, as a front approaches, kicking more clouds in during the morning and sparking a few showers, mainly during the afternoon. The high stops at about 69 (cooler if the clouds and showers arrive sooner).
MONDAY (HALLOWEEN): We have partly sunny skies and a high around 61. Evening conditions for trick-or-treating look dry and seasonably cool for now, with temperatures in the mid to upper 50's in most neighborhoods.
TUESDAY: Clouds in the morning should give way to a decent amount of sunshine in the afternoon. The high improves to 66.
WEDNESDAY: Look for a nice, mostly sunny afternoon with a high around 70.
THURSDAY: This looks like another mostly sunny day with a somewhat cooler high around 64.
