Police in Darby Borough have arrested a man, accusing him of a second attempted abduction.

DARBY, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police have arrested the man who allegedly tried to abduct a 10-year-old girl on Thursday night in Darby, Pa.

The incident happened around 7:00 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Darby Terrace.

According to investigators, the 10-year-old girl said she was walking to the store when a white van, covered in graffiti, pulled up next to her.

The driver was identified by police as 65-year-old Isaac Dougba of the 4800 block of Fairmount Avenue in Philadelphia.

The girl told police Dougba rolled down the passenger side window and said "Do you want to come in?"

The girl ran home and told her mother, who then called 911.

Shortly after being dispatched, SEPTA and Darby Borough police caught up with the suspect vehicle on Main Street heading toward Philadelphia.

They stopped the van at a gas station at Island Avenue and Woodland Avenue in the city.

The child and her mother were brought to the scene and, according to the police affidavit, the girl said "that's him."

Police say Dougba is also the suspect in a previous abduction attempt at Summit and Main streets.
