A van driver is charged with attacking a passenger with special needs in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

A van driver is charged with attacking a passenger with special needs in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Police say 67-year-old Terry Stoudt chased down a 13-year-old boy following a dispute on-board the van in Upper Gwynedd Township back on Friday.

Witnesses told police that Stoudt threw the boy to the ground and punched him several times.

The boy has been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome and bipolar disorder.

Stoudt was released on bail.
