WILMINGTON, Del. -- DuPont Co. says it will move its corporate headquarters to a suburban location.

The company said in a news release on Monday that it will relocate 800 to 1,000 employees at the Rodney Square site to its Chestnut Run Plaza near Greenville. The relocation is expected to be completed by July 1.

The company also said its performance chemicals business will take ownership of the Rodney Square building. The company, called Chemours Company, will see its employees move to the Rodney Square building.
